Riley grew up in Bartlett, Illinois, and found his passion for cooking in local neighborhood restaurants before making his way to Chicago. What started as a love for feeding people became a serious career in some of the city's most rigorous kitchens.
At Bellemore — named Robb Report's Best New Restaurant in 2018 — Riley developed his eye for beauty and precision. From there, he joined Sepia, where he rose to the position of Sous Chef and deepened his commitment to seasonally driven, ingredient-forward cooking.
Today, Riley brings all of that experience directly into your home — with the added warmth of cooking for people he gets to know personally.
